From the very moment that we become involved in a particular shipment until the consignment reaches its final destination, its progress is monitored on our computer system. Information on all details can be readily assessed by our clients: flight, vessel and departure details, confirmation of departure, ETA etc.
ALL FREIGHT is currently investing in the migration of integrated logistics solutions, by using a powerful " Unix Cluster " environment . We are examining the possibility of providing our customers with an on-line Internet access to their own data.
Our staff is flexible, motivated and well trained, all our staff members are connected to each other thanks to a LAN communication system.
The EDI connections ( Electronic Data Interchange ) and Internet enable us to constantly exchange data with our agents and customers.

In collaboration with our partners ALL FREIGHT have developed an order tracking system ( which enables our clients to know the exact status of any particular order at any time ), as well as an extensive reporting system. We can track shipments by order number, part number, arrival and departure date and advice our clients of any discrepancies on orders.
Thanks to our commitment towards the customer, the aims we set meet or even exceed his needs. Each customer has specific expectations, thus each of our offers is different , truly customized according to the expectations of each customer.
